Join Lonza as a Senior IT Solution Expert – SAP PP/MM, where you will play a key role in delivering and optimizing SAP solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations in a regulated environment. • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to translate business requirements into SAP PP/MM solutions.
• Lead SAP PP/MM initiatives, ensuring delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and regulatory (GxP/GMP) standards.
• Configure and enhance SAP PP and MM modules including production planning, inventory management, and goods movement processes.
• Drive SAP–MES integrations, ensuring seamless production data flow, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with global stakeholders to define and implement optimal solutions.
• Support testing (UAT, integration) and ensure compliance with CSV and audit requirements.
• Provide expert-level (L3) support, lead root cause analysis, and continuously improve system performance and processes.
   

• Strong experience in SAP PP and MM, including production planning, material management, inventory, and batch processes.
• Proven expertise in integrating SAP with MES platforms in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, APIs, middleware).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, ideally within GMP/GxP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field); advanced degree is a plus.
• SAP PP certification and extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT/business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
