Operational Excellence Specialist

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you operate at the intersection of data and continuous improvement. In this role, you combine Power BI expertise with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable performance improvements across the site.
- A role with an equal focus on data (Power BI) and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
- Ownership of dashboards, performance insights and improvement initiatives across the site
- Close collaboration with Operations, QA, QC, Supply Chain and senior leadership
- A dynamic environment with high impact, challenging timelines and diverse stakeholders
- Compensation programs that recognize high performance
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to support business performance
- Translate operational data into clear insights, KPIs and reporting structures
- Apply statistical thinking and data analysis to identify trends and root causes
- Lead and support Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) improvement projects
- Work cross-functionally to ensure data insights are translated into process improvements
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management
- Drive adoption of both data-driven and continuous improvement practices
- Experience in a regulated production or manufacturing environment (e.g. pharma, biotech, automotive)
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) with hands-on experience
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modelling and visualization)
- Solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methodologies
- Experience working with structured environments (e.g. SOPs, GMP or ISO)
- Ability to balance data, process improvement and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain overview in a complex environment
