Operational Excellence and Digitalization Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

We are looking for a motivated and digitally driven professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist Digitalization.

In this role, you will contribute to the improvement and digitalization of operational processes, combining digital solutions with Operational Excellence methodologies to enhance efficiency and performance in a manufacturing environment.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will Do:

• Drive the digitalization of operational workflows and support process improvements

• Apply Operational Excellence principles to identify and implement improvements

• Translate operational needs into practical digital solutions

• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools in production

• Improve data transparency, and support reporting and performance tracking

• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams

What we are looking for:

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, life sciences, IT, or a related field

• Initial experience in Operational Excellence, digitalization, and/or process improvement

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a strong advantage

• Strong digital affinity and interest in process digitalization

• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or willingness to develop these skills e.g. via Green Belt project

• Structured, analytical mindset and hands-on approach

• Strong team player with good communication skills
