The actual location of this job is in Basel Tower, Switzerland.
As a Specialist Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will support the SAP S/4HANA deployment by driving global change and adoption initiatives. This role will focus on embedding change methodologies, supporting project change communication, analyzing change impacts and training needs, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems across all Lonza locations.

What you’ll do:
Support global change and adoption for S/4HANA across platforms and locations
Apply change management frameworks like ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) and Prosci methodology
Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps
Collaborate with OCM leads and project teams to monitor change readiness and adoption
Assist in creating training materials and user guides with IT and business teams
Coordinate internal communications and manage content updates for CoLab and SharePoint
Act as first-level IT support for program-related issues and maintain contact databases
What we’re looking for:
Undergraduate in Business Administration, Digital, or related fields
One to three years of experience in change management, preferably in ERP or digital transformation
Knowledge of change management principles and tools like ADKAR and Prosci
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset with skills in stakeholder impact and adoption assessments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across time zones
Willingness to travel
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
