What you will do:
Drive MES implementation activities across global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with MODA‑ES best practices, standards, and project timelines.
Guide and support site teams through each phase of MES deployment, including process modelling, validation activities, and documentation updates.
Collaborate closely with IT project managers and cross‑functional partners to integrate MES with Lonza systems and maintain high-quality system interfaces.
Maintain and enhance MES application standards, managing system gaps, contributing to the global roadmap, and helping sites prioritize critical needs.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to define application roadmaps, ensure consistent deployment practices, and support cost and savings estimations.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in MES implementation across multiple phases, ideally with exposure to platforms such as MODA‑ES, Pas‑X, Syncade, or similar systems. Ideally experience in MES application deployment.
Ability to work independently in a complex, global environment, managing multiple tasks while guiding sites through best‑practice MES processes.
Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus) with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence engaging senior partners and cross‑functional teams.
Educational background in Life Sciences, IT, or a related field, paired with hands‑on experience in the GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Solid understanding of manufacturing IT systems and integrations, with the curiosity and capability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
