Der Material Coordinator Production stellt einen präzisen, effizienten und GMP‑konformen Materialfluss zwischen Produktion, Warehouse Logistics und den digitalen Systemen (MES / SAP) sicher. Die Rolle verantwortet sowohl das physische Materialmanagement als auch die digitalen Aspekte der Materialverarbeitung im MES, um eine korrekte Ausführung der Materialprozesse und die Übereinstimmung mit den physischen Beständen sicherzustellen.Diese Position spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Pharmasuite für das Materialmanagement. Die Rolle unterstützt die Produktionsteams und arbeitet eng mit dem Material Coordination Team zusammen und steht täglich im Austausch mit Produktion, Warehouse Logistics und Planning.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Koordination und GMP‑konforme Durchführung der physischen Materialübergabe, -kontrolle, -dokumentation und -nachverfolgung zwischen Lager und Produktion.
• Unterstützung der Produktion durch Sicherstellung der korrekten Materialverfügbarkeit und eines reibungslosen physischen Materialflusses.
• Sicherstellung einer korrekten digitalen Materialbestandsführung im MES, einschließlich Fehlerbehebung bei SAP‑zu‑MES‑Transfers sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandsprüfungen und ‑abgleiche.
• Überwachung und Validierung des Materialverbrauchs im MES, inklusive korrektem Backflushing, Verbrauchsbuchungen und Klärung von Abweichungen.
• Verantwortung für den gesamten Materiallebenszyklus im MES (Empfang – Nutzung – Rückgabe) und Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung zwischen digitalen Systemen und physischem Materialfluss.Proaktive Kommunikation von Materialengpässen, Abweichungen oder Risiken sowie Unterstützung bei Untersuchungen im Zusammenhang mit Material- oder Systemfehlern.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von Pharmasuite, einschließlich Prozessdesign, Testing, Implementierung und Unterstützung des Teams bei neuen MES‑Materialfunktionen.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

• Technisches Diplom oder Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Produktion, Engineering oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.Erfahrung mit MES‑Systemen (bevorzugt Pharmasuite) und ERP‑Systemen (SAP)
• Hintergrund in Materialkoordination, Produktion oder Bestandsmanagement.
• Englisch und Deutsch (min. B2)
• Gutes Verständnis von Materialflüssen und digitalen Bestandsführungsprozessen.Fähigkeit zur Fehlerbehebung bei Materialthemen in MES / SAP.
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und ausgeprägte Disziplin in der Datenqualität.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
• Analytisches Denken mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

The Material Coordinator Production ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant material flow between Production, Warehouse Logistics, and digital systems (MES / SAP). The role manages both the physical material management and digital aspects of material handling in MES ensuring accurate execution of material processes and alignment with physical stock. This position plays an important role in the introduction and optimization of Pharmasuite for material management. The role supports Production teams and works closely with the material coordination team and interfaces daily with Production, Warehouse Logistics and Planning. 
 

What you will do:

• Coordinate and ensure GMP‑compliant physical material handover, checks, documentation, and traceability between Warehouse and Production.
• Support Production by managing correct material availability and physical flow throughout all processing steps.
• Maintain accurate digital material inventory in MES, including error handling, periodic checks, and reconciliation with SAP.
• Monitor and validate material consumption in MES, ensuring accurate backflushing, usage recording, and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of materials (receive–use–return) in MES and ensure alignment between digital systems and physical flow.
• Communicate proactively on material shortages, deviations, risks, and support investigations related to material or system issues.
• Contribute to the rollout of Pharmasuite by supporting process design, testing, implementation, and team onboarding for new MES material functionalities.

What we are looking for:

• Technical diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 
• Experience with MES systems (Pharmasuite preferred) and ERP systems (SAP). 
• Background in material coordination, production, or inventory management. 
• English and German  (min. B2)
• Strong understanding of material flow and digital inventory processes. 
• Ability to troubleshoot MES / SAP material issues. 
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy discipline. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
