Manager FP&A is responsible for driving group-wide financial reporting and planning activities. He/she is also actively involved in driving financial analysis that facilitate effective business steering and value creation. The role also involves support of Group management in investor/ capital markets analytics and implies active collaboration across the business within and outside Finance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare timely analyses and presentations for executive committee on a wide range of subjects

  • Lead all aspects of activities related to long term planning, annual budget, and outlook

  • Provide support in investor communication: crafting narrative, driving financial analyses, supporting presentation of investor communication materials

  • Lead preparation of strategic financial analyses to facilitate strategic capital allocation and business portfolio decisions

  • Monitor business performance indicators, analyze variations to identify root causes and drivers, anticipate potential risks and propose mitigating actions/plans

  • Proactively work on improvements of reporting and planning processes

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationship with other finance teams and business

Key requirements:
  • Master Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

  • Proven experience in Finance organizations in high-profile multi-nationals, Corporate or Investment Banking, Consulting/Big 4

  • Experience working in a matrix organization

  • Good collaboration, agility and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer focus and work towards result

  • Fluent in English
