The IT/OT Support Analyst is responsible for implementing and providing operational support to the local IT/OT devices and system with a strong focus on shopfloor and laboratory computer devices. The incumbent takes on the responsibility for the overall support operation and maintenance as well as GMP compliance of the computerized end-devices in scope. The role owner will be involved in the installation and operational qualification of the systems and its associated peripheries. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for troubleshooting systems and devices in scope.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide operational first- and second-level support for IT/OT systems and end-devices in the shopfloor and laboratory environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT/OT-related issues across hardware and software.
  • Install, maintain and monitor IT/OT devices to ensure high availability and reliability including end-devices such as clients, tablets, barcode scanners, label printers etc.
  • Evaluate, install and qualify IT/OT end-devices for the growth project and assist in the implementation and documentation of IT/OT systems.
  • Lead small-sized IT/OT projects for the growth project.
  • Ensure GMP and security compliance and create and maintain GMP documents according to global standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and business processes.

Key requirements:

  • Apprenticeship, Graduate of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the IT/OT support field
  • Capacity to work well in a fast-moving environment and ability to analyze situations and develop solutions to problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience in IT for manufacturing is an advantage.
  • GMP environment experience is an advantage
