Calibration Coordinator

Job Summary:
A Calibration Coordinator must be able to support both the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Calibration teams. This role is designed to ensure vendor calibrated items are tracked and communicated appropriately to ensure compliance by due date. The role requires extended support within CMMS processes including creating, updating, and review of SAP records. This requires multiple skill sets including navigation of ERP and Calibration systems, use of spreadsheets, drafting large audience email communications, and managing incoming calibration certification documents.
*Scheduled hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Overtime pay and annual bonus opportunity are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs all work safely.
Execute SAP reporting to determine calibration due dates for instrument expiry.
Summarize and track data in excel spreadsheets.
Scan and upload extension approvals for Calibration PMs.
Perform routine communications to ensure calibrated items are returned and retrieved.
Support CMMS Operations through updating and tracking of SAP Maintenance Records.
Complete tasks and documentation using SAP, CMX, Excel, Word, Outlook or other software tools as required per GMP guidelines
Complete safety and cGMP training including classes, reads, and technical requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Strong English communication skills; reading, writing, speaking.
Ability to commit to scheduled work shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
0-4 years' experience in GMP environment or controlled systems and processes.
Proficient electronic knowledge.
High Volume processing experience.
Basic communication protocol knowledge.
Computer skills including spreadsheets, email, and navigation of various systems.
Working knowledge of math, reading, and writing.
