Intern - PhysChem Laboratory, Technoclogy Team, 80-100% (m/f/d)

As part of the QC Biologics PhysChem Technology Team in Visp, the Intern (f/m/d) supports in analytical instrument qualification, promotes the adherence and continuous improvement of Quality Control and ensures lifecycle of the equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Initial qualification, requalification, service of the equipment (ph, conductivity, water baths, osmolality, photometry, turbidity, color) for the physical chemistry laboratory according to guidelines and procedures
- Plan and coordinate related activities, ensuring effective communication with QA, QC, and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with laboratory analysts and provide support to scientists
- Operate within systems such as LIMS, iLab, and the Documentation Management System
- Troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintaining of the laboratory equipment
- Deliver training to laboratory analysts on proper equipment usage
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, IT, or a related technical discipline
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
- Understanding of GMP and experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude
- Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions, highly motivated and dynamic drive
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support a variety of tasks within the technology team
