Our team at Lonza AG in Visp, Switzerland is growing! Join us too! The I/ML Specialist to drive innovation and operational excellence within our Global Business Service Organization (GBSO) team. This role focuses on using AI and machine learning to enhance business processes, find opportunities for optimization, and implement impactful solutions.

• AI/ML solutions: Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions to optimize GBSO processes
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Identify and implement RPA opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Data Preparation: Ensure data is accurately prepared and available for AI/ML and automation projects
• Use Case Collection: Collect and prioritize use cases for AI/ML and automation, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate business processes, reducing manual intervention and growing efficiency
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML and automation solutions
• Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower GBSO teams to identify and implement AI/ML and automation use cases
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and enhancing AI/ML and automation processes

• Master Engineering or IT
• Graduates or professional with a few years working experience
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages will be a plus) to bridge business and technical teams and proactive approach to driving organizational change.
