• Prepare and process formulations according to strict guidelines and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all formulations and processes.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure seamless production flow.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the formulation process.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine effective solutions quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
