What you will do

  • Lead Collaborative Planning: Facilitate inclusive workshops with diverse workstream teams to co-create and optimize End-to-End (E2E) project timelines, ensuring alignment and shared ownership.

  • Establish Clear Governance: Define and implement transparent ORP governance, integrating all workstreams into the Capex schedule and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

  • Champion Smart Scheduling: Use your experience to challenge assumptions, validate timelines, and recommend efficient, innovative approaches that support project success.

  • Proactively Manage Risks: Monitor progress, identify potential challenges early, and work with stakeholders to develop thoughtful, proactive solutions that keep projects on track.

  • Empower Teams with Insight: Create meaningful KPIs and reporting systems that help teams stay informed, aligned, and motivated throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate Engaging Sessions: Lead interactive planning meetings and daily reviews that encourage open communication, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Be the Project’s Pulse: Act as the central connector—driving timelines, quality, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, care, and delivery excellence.

What we are looking for

  • Experience planning large-scale Capex projects in life sciences or food manufacturing, from concept to execution

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.

  • Excellent analytical skills—able to interpret complex data and support informed decision-making.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in team-oriented environments.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Skilled at managing tasks in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

  • Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is a plus, but not required.
