What you will do:

• Lead the overall Quality strategy for the Basel Stücki Drug Product site and guide the long‑term Quality roadmap

• Partner with the senior leadership team to ensure site functions are aligned with Quality priorities

• Oversee and enhance the local Quality System while supporting global Quality System development

• Oversee the Quality Control teams, ensuring performance, alignment, and strong delivery of objectives

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track progress against key site quality KPIs

• Build and develop strong Quality expertise across teams, ensuring independence and compliance

• Ensure audit and inspection readiness at all times and meet regulatory commitments on schedule

What we are looking for:

• Master’s or PhD degree, or equivalent experience, in Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field, incl. Eligibility as a Responsible/Qualified Person in Switzerland

• 10+ years of Quality experience in pharmaceutical and cGMP environments

• Strong experience in biological drug substance and drug product Quality Control and Fill & Finish operations

• Deep knowledge of Swiss, EU, and US GMP requirements, including compliance, inspection, and validation expectations

• Strong understanding of chemical and biological drug product development and manufacturing

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, inspire a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement

• Strong business acumen with proven ability to align Quality strategies to organizational objectives

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior management. Fluent in English and German is a must
