 The Chief of Staff is responsible for working closely with Site Head to guide the organization’s day to day operation and provide strategic direction to the site. The role includes a close management of tactical and strategic projects impacting the short- and long-term productivity and profitability of the site. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and leading the communication strategy for the site to drive transformation and engagement at site.What you will get:

What you will do:
  • Leads and coordinates critical cross-functional initiatives, managing both strategic and tactical projects that impact the site's performance, productivity, profitability, and transformation agenda.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, monitoring progress against key objectives, and ensuring successful implementation of business priorities trough our Operational Excellence program.
  • Act as strategic support to the Site Head on projects and initiatives impacting site productivity, profitability, and engagement.
  • Develops and executes the site's communication and engagement strategy, fostering transparency, alignment, and a culture of high performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of business priorities.
  • Financial responsibility (e.g. budget, Revenue)
  • Monitor organizational performance metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead special projects and transformation initiatives that enhance productivity, operational excellence, and profitability.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and operational challenges, and facilitate the development of effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that strengthen engagement, transparency, and organizational alignment.
  • Support leadership meetings, governance forums, and business reviews by preparing materials, driving follow-up actions, and ensuring execution of commitments.
  • Champion change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to influence outcomes and drive collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA or advanced Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Experience of leading organization transformation experience in a global context is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing PMO for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience of understanding key operational and financial KPIs for business or project.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills and experience of organization transformation projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
