As a Printing Operator at Lonza AG, you will have the remarkable opportunity to give to a world-class manufacturing environment in Greenwood, SC. Your role will be critical in ensuring the flawless operation of our capsule imprinting machines, redefining capsules into finished goods! The seamless operation of print machines, including finishing and weigh counter tasks, ensuring our products maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• This position requires outstanding flexibility as you will rotate between printing and finishing areas, adapting closely to schedule fluctuations.
• You must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with required overtime as needed to meet our high-reaching production goals.
• Essential functions include maintaining outstanding attendance and adhering to safety, teamwork, quality, and efficiency metrics to successfully implement our manufacturing processes.
• Additional duties include performing necessary cleaning in print booths and taking on other tasks as assigned, demonstrating your ability to compete in a multifaceted environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must score 100 or below on the Color Test
• Shown ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passing scores on Work Keys and Bennett Mechanical assessment
• Must be capable of exercising judgment and making independent decisions

• Prior experience or knowledge in print operations
