Lead Operator, GMP Manufacturing - 2nd shift

Join our GMP Manufacturing team where you’ll lead day‑to‑day production operations and guide personnel through clinical and commercial manufacturing activities. What you will do
- Lead assigned personnel and oversee daily GMP clinical and commercial manufacturing activities.
- Organize workflow, delegate tasks, and support meeting targets, deadlines, and project milestones.
- Perform or oversee equipment setup, daily checks, and execution of batch record instructions across operations.
- Serve as management “Designee” for process‑related signatory responsibilities and review batch records for clarity and completeness.
- Train, mentor, and advise team members, contributing to professional growth and operational excellence.
- Write, review, and approve SOPs, specifications, and other controlled documents.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with QAU, PM, Technical Services, PDS, EHS, WH, and other groups to support project success.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment required.
- 2 years of leadership experience required.
- Strong technical understanding of GMP operations, including dispensing, equipment operation, testing, inspection, and packaging.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience guiding, training, or overseeing operational staff.
- Ability to review documentation for accuracy and compliance and to represent management when needed.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate workflow and support multiple stakeholders.
- HS Diploma or GED required; additional relevant training or experience strongly valued.
- Commitment to Safety and Sustainability, including proactive reporting and willingness to stop work when necessary.
