Intro Summary of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative team member to support the implementation and optimization of maintenance and engineering processes within the new SAP S/4HANA, integrated with SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) and Beamex CMX.
This role is key to ensuring seamless integration of digital tools with operational workflows and driving user adoption through structured training and documentation.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of plant maintenance systems, a proactive approach to testing and validation, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Occasional business travel may be required for project activities or cross-site collaboration. Technical IT knowledge of SAP PM, SAP SAM, or CMX is an advantage

What you will do:
- Provide oversight in the design, testing, and documentation of maintenance and engineering processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Coordinate and support the design, testing, and documentation of SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) integrated with S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with field maintenance operations
- Ensure testing and documentation of instrument calibration processes using Beamex CMX, integrated with S/4HANA, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Coordinate end-to-end testing of maintenance and engineering workflows including work orders, material usage, and time confirmations
- Support change management activities by updating process documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- Co-develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
- Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure alignment of business processes and system configuration
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution optimization
What we are looking for
- Solid understanding of Lonza plant maintenance processes and systems
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA PM and mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Asset Manager)
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex processes
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support organizational change initiatives
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience in SAP PM or maintenance systems implementation
- Exposure to mobile maintenance tools (SAP Asset Manager preferred)
- Skills: Strong process documentation skills, SAP S/4HANA PM functional understanding, Familiarity with calibration systems (CMX preferred),
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- SAP PM / SAP Mobile Solutions / CMX certifications are an advantage
