Biotechnologist III

Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site) 

In this role, you will support the production of life-changing therapies by operating and maintaining biomanufacturing processes in a GMP-regulated environment.
 

Shift Schedule: 
 

• Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) 

• Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle) 

• Starting off: First 2‑week orientation and training period is on the day shift 

• Additional Pay: Nights and weekend shifts include additional pay

What you will do:

• Operate and monitor biomanufacturing equipment in a GMP environment

• Execute production processes, including cleaning and sterilization activities

• Perform sampling and basic laboratory testing such as pH and conductivity

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and escalate as needed

• Complete and review production documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain clean and safe production areas through routine sanitization

• Support team activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
   

What we are looking for:

• Experience in biomanufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a related field

• Understanding of GMP and regulated production environments

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline preferred

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-based environment
