Job Title: Biotechnologist I
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join our Cell Therapy manufacturing team in Portsmouth, NH. In this entry-level role, you will help support manufacturing operations in a safe, compliant, and controlled environment. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to support production activities, technical transfers, equipment readiness, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule of alternating days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).

What you will do
Support manufacturing operations in compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements
Perform cleaning activities and help ensure manufacturing spaces are inspection-ready
Complete training in safety, gowning, material movement, environmental monitoring, and manufacturing processes
Support technical transfer activities, including training runs, engineering runs, and process readiness activities
Assist with the creation, review, and updating of manufacturing documentation
Learn and support customer manufacturing processes transferred into the Portsmouth facility
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other teams to support project milestones
What we are looking for
Experience in a GMP, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment is preferred
Basic understanding of cGMP principles and cleanroom operations preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and systems
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Curiosity with a willingness to learn and understand processes
Associate or bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred
