Are you looking to make a direct impact on the production of life-changing therapies? Join our dynamic team in Visp as a Batch Record Reviewer, where you will ensure the execution accuracy and compliance of electronic batch records in MES Syncade to support timely product releases.

1 to 2 years of experience in MES/DeltaV batch record support or administration (graduates with relevant experience are also welcome).

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will get:

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture.

  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.

What you will do:

  • Perform timely, independent reviews of executed electronic batch records (eBRs) in MES Syncade to ensure high Quality Assurance readiness.

  • Verify that all manufacturing process steps are performed as intended and fully compliant with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.

  • Identify, document, and support the resolution of execution gaps, non-compliances, and discrepancies on the shop floor.

  • Support the management and timely closure of Quality Records, including CAPAs, Deviations, and Investigations.

  • Collaborate directly with Operations to troubleshoot batch execution issues and participate in continuous MES Syncade recipe improvements.

  • Drive timely batch releases by ensuring complete, error-free documentation and prompt issue resolution.

  • Contribute to cross-functional alignment between Manufacturing and Quality to foster operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in MES (DeltaV) batch record support or administration (graduates with relevant MES/DeltaV experience are also welcome).

  • GMP background required, with experience from any regulated manufacturing environment (pharma background is not strictly required).

  • Strong analytical ability to identify compliance non-conformances, quality gaps, and documentation errors.

  • Professional fluency in English; basic German proficiency (A2) or a strong willingness to learn on the job.

  • Structured, precise, and well-organized approach to work with a high commitment to detail.

  • Open-minded, pragmatic, and proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and recipe improvements.
