Location: This position is remote based; the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday.

What will you do:
We are seeking a strategic Associate Director, HRBP – Specialized Modalities to serve as a key business partner to site leadership across multiple international locations. This role is responsible for translating business strategies into impactful people initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture within a global, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR leadership experience, deep knowledge of international labor practices, and the ability to influence leaders across diverse teams.
Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to site leadership, translating business objectives into aligned people strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant outcomes
Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees in partnership with global COEs
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, providing proactive guidance to leadership and mitigating organizational risk across multiple countries
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption strategies
Partner with Total Rewards to implement and communicate compensation and benefits programs, providing local market insights and guidance on pay decisions
Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure efficient delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, and data management
Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in organizational and talent outcomes
What we are looking for:
Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience within a global, matrixed organization
Demonstrated experience working within a COE and shared services HR model
Strong knowledge of international labor laws and employment practices; experience supporting multiple countries preferred (including Belgium and France strongly preferred)
Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable HR initiatives
Strong change management experience, with the ability to lead and influence through organizational transformation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build strong relationships across all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
