What you'll do:

  • Build strategy and action plan to expand the market share for nutrition ingredients in the APAC region

  • Run Lonza’s nutrition portfolio products and ingredients and contribute towards global strategy with close alignment with SEA, US & EMEA markets

  • Deliver on budgeted sales number for ingredients for APAC along with receivables

  • Develop new business and build future pipeline for APAC growth while retaining the existing business portfolio, new product introductions, technical discussion on nutrition portfolio

  • Identify and efficiently implement innovative sales strategies to meet high-reaching targets

  • Support key accounts and devise and implement effective strategies both for sales & promotion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure detailed execution of sales plans

  • Lead and encourage a team of sales professionals to challenge and achieve their best performance

  • Recognise market trends and insights to drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's or equivalent experience in a relevant field of study - Pharma, Formulation, BioScience, Science

  • Experience in product development cycles, with the know-how of completing commercial strategies and able to provide customers with concrete and specific information

  • Adaptability: Strong grasp of changing trends in the nutrition industry and evolving business environment in APAC

  • Proven capability to develop and complete strategic plans that further growth and reach revenue objectives

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
