Treasury Project Manager, 9 months fixed term contract (m/f/d)

The Treasury Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our Group Treasury team during the carve-out of the Capsules and Health Ingredients (CHI) business. You will ensure a smooth transition of treasury activities, drive carve-out initiatives, and manage cash operations within the carve-out scope.

What you will do:

• Support the Treasury team in transitioning all treasury activities related to the CHI carve-out.

• Act as a key stakeholder within the carve-out project team, representing treasury interests.

• Manage bank account setup and connectivity for entities within the carve-out perimeter.

• Oversee the separation of e-banking platforms to ensure operational independence.

• Run and manage cash operations within the project scope, ensuring liquidity and compliance.

• Coordinate the transfer of merchant business activities and support refinancing initiatives.

• Set up ISDA agreements and establish risk management functionality.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Finance or Economics.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or equivalent (e.g., banking).

• Advanced knowledge of cash management and treasury operations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to drive process improvements and manage complex projects.

• Business fluency in English.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
