Training Associate I
Location: Vacaville, California
In this role, the Training Associate partners with site customers and/or other team members to recommend, develop, implement, and deliver effective training solutions that align with and enhance employee performance. This role draws on adult learning principles, performance consulting, and LEAN concepts.

What you will do
Execute and oversee precise transactions within the Learning Management System to maintain the integrity and compliance of site-wide training programs.
Deliver high-quality training and apply rigorous material standards to ensure all instructional content meets established site processes.
Partner with diverse client groups to support local training health and participate regularly in cross-functional project teams.
Maintain comprehensive training program management plans while adhering to all business, safety, and GMP processes.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to resolve problems and increase the efficiency of training delivery and administration.
Evaluate incoming training requests using LEAN performance consulting tools to design blended learning solutions that translate knowledge into measurable behavior.
Compile and analyze training effectiveness data to prove business value and ensure a holistic, consistent, and compliant approach to learning solutions.
What we are looking for
AS/BS/BA degree in Business, Adult Education/Learning, Instructional Design/Technology, Human Resources, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to verify your own work for accuracy, ensuring compliance remains "audit-ready" at all times.
Proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Learning Management System, and an interest in modern tools like Business Intelligence or web-based training platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret complex information and provide clear guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
A natural ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of time management and customer service.
A true team player who builds effective relationships and can influence colleagues throughout all levels of the organization.
Advocates for a positive user experience by responding with patience and understanding, while appropriately navigating policy and operational constraints.
Familiarity with problem-solving tools or LEAN processes to help identify and act on opportunities for site-wide efficiency.
