Location: This position is 100% remote. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate is located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to best support business needs.

What you will do:

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Total Rewards Partner to lead and deliver our Total Rewards agenda across the Americas, with primary responsibility for the United States and Costa Rica. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, shaping reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while aligning with business priorities.

You will bring deep expertise in compensation, a strong understanding of market and regulatory dynamics, and the ability to translate complex reward concepts into practical, business-focused solutions. This role is highly visible and collaborative, requiring close partnership with HR, business leadership, and global Total Rewards teams.

  • Lead the delivery of Total Rewards strategies across the Americas, supporting business and platform priorities for the U.S. and Costa Rica (5,000+ employees)

  • Act as a senior advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, providing expert guidance on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and complex employee scenarios

  • Ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both global frameworks and local market needs

  • Serve as the U.S. subject matter expert on compensation regulations, including pay transparency and evolving compliance requirements

  • Partner with HR, Legal, and global Total Rewards teams to implement regulatory, policy, and program changes

  • Support and lead key reward cycles, including compensation planning, market benchmarking, salary structure design, and job grading

  • Drive understanding and adoption of Total Rewards programs through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement

  • Collaborate closely with the Benefits team to ensure alignment across total rewards offerings and enhance overall employee experience

  • Advise on compensation aspects of M&A, organizational changes, and business transformations

  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and recommend solutions that improve attraction, retention, and engagement

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a related HR discipline, with strong depth in compensation strategy and execution

  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and building trusted advisor relationships across HR and business leadership

  • Strong business acumen with a strategic and commercial mindset, able to align rewards strategies with organizational goals

  • Deep knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, including pay transparency, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated experience operating in a global or multi-region environment, with the ability to balance global consistency and local needs

  • Advanced analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to meet business objectives
