Territory Sales Manager
Location: Cologne Remote
Travel: 50% of your time will be spent traveling
In this role, you will focus on growing sales with both existing and new customers in the Consumer Health and Nutrition market (Hard Capsules, Dosage Form Solutions and Ingredients). You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities and work closely with divisional and regional leaders to build effective plans that drive sustainable growth. You will also support strategic initiatives that expand Lonza’s reach beyond traditional hard‑capsule needs.

Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships through direct visits
Promote current and emerging technologies to generate and close new opportunities
Assess market trends, evaluate potential, and define strategies to expand Lonza’s Consumer Healthcare market share
Provide timely, solutions‑focused customer support and coordinate with internal teams when needed
Partner with marketing, sales, and product development to position Lonza as a multi‑product solutions provider
Build strong relationships at all levels of customer organizations, ensuring long‑term engagement and trust
Bachelor’s degree in science or business
Experience in the nutrition industry is desirable
Experience working within a B2C environment
Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English is necessary for this role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
Understanding of nutrition and dosage‑form technologies is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills—creative, adaptable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
