What you will do:

• Prepare buffers and reagents and perform lab-based purification experiments.
• Operate AKTA chromatography systems, including column packing, HETP analysis, and virus reduction filtration setup.
• Review AKTA/Unicorn methods and conduct small-scale purification chromatography runs.
• Analyse experimental data, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to technical reports.
• Draft new SOPs, sampling plans, and review scopes for external vendors.
• Maintain lab systems, manage freezer inventory, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support virus commercial stages and train colleagues in a range of lab techniques.

What we are looking for:

• BSc or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in an industrial laboratory environment, ideally in GLP/GMP settings.
• Hands-on experience with AKTA systems and Unicorn software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
