Based at our Greenwood, SC site, you will help operate printing and finishing equipment that transforms capsules into high‑quality finished goods. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to supporting our manufacturing operations.

What you will do:
  • Operate capsule imprinting machines to produce high‑quality finished goods.
  • Perform printing, finishing, and weigh‑counter tasks to support production schedules.
  • Rotate between printing and finishing areas based on operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine cleaning of print booths.
  • Follow all safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork expectations.
  • Work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Support additional duties as required to meet business needs.

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to pass required color‑vision testing.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and reliability in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and independent decisions.
