Team Leader, Mold Bar

In this role, you will lead a skilled manufacturing team at our Greenwood, SC site, supporting high‑quality mold bar production. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing colleagues, supporting performance, engagement, and development.
- Coordinate mold bar production and make quality decisions to meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and experimental projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment using approved procedures and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and good housekeeping practices.
- Monitor daily workloads to meet production schedules and shipment commitments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support material quality and on-time delivery.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting precision or mold-related processes.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others in a production setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.
- Comfort working with technical equipment, tools, and measurement systems.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical working practices.
- Flexibility to work extended shifts or weekends as business needs require.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience; technical education is an advantage.
