Manage project portfolio and guide team on QC oversight activities
Lead and support project leaders in Physico-Chemical QC group
Deliver work packages for method validation, release and stability testing under GMP
Coordinate with Lonza units to ensure project success
Optimize resources and ensure lab safety and GMP compliance
Set up QC infrastructure for biologics, ADC, mRNA products
Support analytical methods like HPLC (CE, SEC, icIEF) , UV, pH, and visual inspection
PhD or MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
Experience in Analytics or QC under GMP regulations
Proven Team Lead experience and people mgmt
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques
Excellent reporting and scientific communication skills
Ability to interpret complex analytical data
Team player with independent working skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
