As a Team Lead CQV Integrated Biologics 80-100% (m/f/d) in Visp, you are responsible for the qualification and validation of process equipment and technical facilities. You play a key role in the continuous optimization of processes, systems, and internal workflows. In addition, you share responsibility for ensuring that both operations personnel and engineering teams maintain the required level of technical expertise.

Functional and disciplinary leadership of the CQV team
Preparation of commissioning and qualification documentation for new equipment, as well as support for modification, expansion, and new‑build projects. This includes performing PQs for critical systems in new‑build projects and overseeing all systems after they are released to production
Management of deviations, GMP‑related changes, and CAPAs
Coordination of internal teams and external service providers and suppliers
Responsibility for presenting qualification documentation during audits and inspections
University degree or University of Applied Sciences degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment related to commissioning, qualification, and validation (e.g., refrigerators and freezers, clean utilities, cleanrooms, and process equipment)
Ability to work independently and flexibly, supported by strong communication skills
Structured, focused, and well‑organized working style
Openness to new ideas, agility, and a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset
Experience with COMOS (plant engineering software), DMS, TrackWise, and SAP is an advantage
Business‑fluent English is required; German skills are an advantage
