The Talent Development Program Manager sits at the center of the program management, working with T&OD, HR, Business Platforms/Functions leadership, and participants. It requires strong customer focus and stakeholder relationship management skills to ensure program delivery according to the quality, timelines and cost needs while also aligning with the Leadership Framework of Lonza and supporting the growth of talent pipelines for critical positions in the organization.
The role reports to the Global Head Talent Management and Development and also works closely with other program leads to ensure alignment across the T&OD offerings. As part of the Talent Management and Development team, the Talent Development Program Manager is fully responsible for the design and delivery of specific talent management programs in line with the T&OD and People Strategies.

What you'll do:
Work closely with both internal learning sources and external thought leaders (including academic institutions, industry networks, and best-in-class providers) to bring in fresh thinking and proven practices that inform the design and delivery of impactful talent development programs.
Works in partnership with T&OD leaders to inspires and influence HR-LT as thought leaders in the business.
Uses cross business platform, functional outputs, feedbacks to design and develop programs that meet business needs and skills gaps, driving credibility through delivery
Ensures the programs are delivered with the highest level of quality and consistency in content and in line with the agreed objectives while managing project teams, vendors, and stakeholders successfully
Directs and holds project team members and responsible parties accountable to deliver results within an agreed program governance structure and ensures full alignment with internal stakeholders is in place
Manages the scope, timelines, budget, return on investment, risks, communication, stakeholder management and lessons learnt for programs
Develops robust and lean ways of working in program design, development and delivery, including problem solving, governance, program charters / A3’s, performance visuals, program documentation, program retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
Background in learning and development, ideally with experience specifically in Talent Development
Strong project management skills
Knowledge in community building to create social movements and cohorts
Ability to build data to demonstrate both needs and achievements (i.e. Return on Investment, Feedback data, Retrospective data)
Leveraging a global network to foster engagement with stakeholders and attendees, at multiple organizational levels
Customer experience (walk in the footsteps of employees’ learning experiences)
Supplier / Vendor / Third Partner Management and contract negotiation
MS Office package at fully proficient levels
