Supply Chain Quality Project Manager

Drive supply chain excellence and quality compliance at our high-impact Visp site, leading critical project initiatives that ensure our material management processes are inspection-ready and robust. In this high-visibility project management role, you will bridge logistics, quality assurance, master data, and IT to directly enhance production reliability for life-saving medicines.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Location: Visp, Switzerland

Hours: 41 hours per week

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional quality improvement projects and remediation workstreams impacting Supply Chain Operations.

• Translate compliance and audit findings into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.

• Leverage SAP (Material Master) expertise to analyze process gaps, data quality issues and master data ownership models.

• Build alignment and drive execution across Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, MSAT, Master Data and IT functions.

• Support the definition and documentation of sustainable material management controls and standardized governance routines.

• Maintain project governance, meeting cadences, progress tracking and management reporting for remediation activities.

• Ensure all project documentation, data reconciliation, and evidence are structured, compliant and inspection-ready.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems or a related field.

• Senior project management experience driving quality remediation, compliance, or material management projects in a highly regulated GMP environment (Pharma, Biotech, or CDMO).

• Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, MSAT and shop-floor manufacturing operations.

• Strong data management and analytical skills; proficiency with data tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferred and highly valued.

• Solid background in SAP Material Master, material classification, and supplier data collection (SDS / technical specifications), combined with hands-on experience in CAPA-like action tracking, quality systems, and audit readiness standards.

• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management, facilitation and escalation skills.

• Business fluency in English is required along with working proficiency in German.
