Supply Chain Manager, SEA

The actual location of this job is in Bangkok, Thailand.

This role will be leading the end-to-end supply chain function for supporting CHI business growth in South-East Asia. This includes overseeing all supply chain transactions, S&OP, demand planning, import planning, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics execution.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

  • Lead monthly S&OP process for CHI SEA (Hard Capsule, Ingredients and DFS) based on demand forecast from sales team and import plan from global manufacturing sites

  • Develop and improve process for realizing on-time import and delivery of products to SEA customers by cost efficient way

  • Plan annual demand/supply plan of finished goods and adjust it in case of demand change in aligned with manufacturing sites and global

  • Execute hands-on supply chain transactions in Australia and New Zea land (purchase order handling, import and distribution process) with sales team

  • Support growth/development of team members

  • Commit and lead supply chain projects with regional/global team

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with running supply and demand planning processes within a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on operational proficiency in SAP ERP or similar systems application modules related to materials management, demand planning, or logistics execution.

  • Hands-on experience driving import models, global trade flows, and supply chain logistics across SEA regional corridors

  • Proven experience in navigating supplier relationships

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or equivalent studies
