Supplier Quality Specialist -VSCI
Location: Hyderabad, India
Be part of Lonza’s Global Supply Chain Quality team. As a Supplier Quality Specialist, you will support the Vendor Supply Chain Integrity (VSCI) process, ensuring accurate supplier data, timely processing of requests, and compliance with global quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain supply chain continuity and regulatory compliance across the Lonza network.

What you will do
Support end-to-end Vendor Supply Chain Integrity (VSCI) activities, ensuring timely processing and assessment of requests.
Review and maintain supply chain records (VSCI lines) related to materials, services, and equipment across the Lonza network.
Operate and update VSCI tools within SAP, ensuring data accuracy and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Verify supplier qualification status and ensure alignment of data across quality systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global sites to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely task execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and traceability within Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with cGMP requirements.
Monitor KPIs and highlight potential risks, delays, or compliance concerns to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or Supplier Quality within a regulated environment.
Understanding of cGMP/cGDP requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience working with systems such as SAP, TrackWise, or Document Management Systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a global environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
