We are currently seeking a Sr. QA Inspection & Audit Specialist to join our ambitious team in Geleen, Netherlands. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing to our world-class reputation.
Key responsibilities:- Support the QA Inspection & Audit team by scheduling monthly one-on-one meetings with the manager, defining Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Goals, and advancing any quality issues.
- Manage site inspection and audit tasks, coordinate audits, prepare SMEs, and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with global and local procedures related to audit and inspection management, manage and approve audit responses, and communicate with regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Communicate with customers and coordinate preparation for customer audits, revising and approving internal audit plans and yearly audit reports.
- Coordinate the continuous inspection readiness program by connecting with collaborators, leading all aspects of management review meetings, providing QA oversight to action owners, and preparing status reports.
- Be a quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Inspection & Audit; ensure accurate quality systems application.
- Proven experience in QA or within inspection and audits, with a track record of successful management of audit activities
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills to manage internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ability to strictly adhere to global and local procedures while ensuring compliance and readiness for audits.
- Demonstrated capability to determine and delegate tasks effectively within a team.
- Experience in managing risk registers and quality plans, ensuring timely action updates and closures.
- Strong problem-solving skills to lead remediation plans and ensure continuous inspection readiness.
