Shift Leader – Printing
Location: Haryana, India
We are seeking a Shift Leader to drive printing operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe and compliant production environment. In this key supervisory role, you will lead shift activities, support troubleshooting, manage consumables, and ensure smooth execution of printing processes while fostering strong GMP and EHS culture

- Hands‑on involvement in printing consumable management (ink & rollers), equipment checks, and line clearance activities
What you will do
- Plan all shift activities including manning, leave, overtime, WIP management, and PCM planning.
- Ensure proper changeover and line clearance before each new batch, including foreign‑object checks and print booth cleanliness.
- Confirm all quality parameters and specifications are established prior to process start-up.
- Ensure effective implementation and follow‑up of SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements across the shift.
- Support operators during mechanical troubleshooting and breakdowns, ensuring timely response to issues.
- Manage printing ink and roller consumption to maintain availability and minimize wastage.
- Verify CSS/V‑Box on PCM and ensure sampling is properly completed by print operators. Conduct random capsule checks and implement corrective action if deviations occur.

- Education & Experience : Required: B.Tech – Mechanical / Printing
- Experience: More than three years, at an advanced level.
- Agility: Acts quickly, makes smart decisions, and stays focused.
- Business Acumen: Shares ideas to improve business operations.
- Driving Results: Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work to meet deadlines.
- Language : Hindi / English (Required)
- Collaboration: Works actively as part of the team.
