Key responsibilities: 

• Manage a team of Bioprocess Engineers   

• Responsible for all process procedures, MES recipes oversight and release, ensuring compliance with the related Bioconjugates SOPs

• Responsible for all documentation related to process stream

• Main point of contact for project team (including MES, MSAT, QC, QA), customer  and process related questions during audits / inspections  

• Perform Deviation- and change management 

• Ensure that operational activities for manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.

Key requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related Life Science subject, or Bachelor’s holder with experience in pharma production 

• Solid work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry  

• In-depth knowledge of downstream processing techniques  

• Very good GMP understanding 

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Emphasize collaboration and teamwork with an open and dedicated approach
