Senior System Engineer

What you will do :
Own and support pharmaceutical process equipment, with a focus on spray dryers and solid oral dosage manufacturing.
Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, process, automation, and electrical issues safely and effectively.
Act as a subject matter expert for equipment performance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Support capital projects from design through commissioning and qualification.
Partner with teams to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintainability.
Ensure equipment meets safety, regulatory, and GMP compliance requirements.
What we are looking for
A high school diploma or GED is required; an engineering degree is preferred.
Significant experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing equipment.
Hands-on experience with capital equipment projects and engineering documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills using root cause analysis and structured troubleshooting.
Experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of automation, controls, or equipment-related data systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
