We are hiring a Senior Program Manager responsible to ensure flawless and smooth execution of the contracted programs according to defined timelines and cost, via leading multidisciplinary project teams.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
Lead project execution following deal closure, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
Direct, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, driving accountability and customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
Partner with Account Managers to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coach and mentor project team members, supporting their development through ongoing collaboration with functional managers.
Act as the primary customer contact for operational matters, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and to expectation.
Champion customer needs within the organization and drive a customer-centric approach across all activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, profitability, and change requests, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in strategic, operational, and technical project or program management.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to effectively manage conflict, make sound decisions, and build high-performing teams.
Pragmatic, organized, and results-oriented with excellent planning and prioritization capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex, non-routine challenges.
