At Lonza, we combine technological innovation with world-class manufacturing to support global health solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) role to join our Drug Product team in Basel. This role has been created to support our growing portfolio of innovative projects.
The Senior Program Manager (m/f/d) will play a pivotal role in driving forward our mission to improve patient outcomes and transform lives!
Key responsibilities:Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality.
Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations.
Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
Operate accordingly to PM Standard Work processes to optimally lead projects and ensure one face to the Customer.
Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPM CoE) Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview.
Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field, or equivalent experience, PMP Certification is an asset.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, acting as their advocate and ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Experience in managing complex projects using structured methodologies such as PM Standard Work processes, with a focus on meeting scope, quality, and timeline objectives.
Ability to manage all operational aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Customer expectations.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals with high-quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and drive decisions that ensure Customer satisfaction and project success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as Account Management and Sales teams.
