As a Production Support Associate, you support daily manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom environment. In this hands-on role, you help prepare materials, equipment and cleanroom areas so production can run safely, smoothly and according to quality standards. You work closely with Manufacturing and supporting teams and play an important part in the daily production process.

What you will do

• Support daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Prepare, move and check materials needed for manufacturing activities.
• Perform cleanroom support tasks, such as area preparation, cleaning and material handling.
• Carry out routine checks and support production preparation activities.
• Follow GMP, safety and hygiene procedures accurately.
• Work closely with operators and support departments to ensure production can continue as planned.
• Report issues in the process and support follow-up where needed.
   

What we are looking for

• MBO or relevant practical education in a technical, logistics, production or scientific direction.
• Some experience in production, logistics, cleanroom work, pharma, biotech or another regulated environment is preferred.
• A hands-on and accurate way of working.
• Willingness to work according to strict procedures and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a structured way and adapt to changing priorities.
• Motivation to learn and grow within a GMP manufacturing environment.
