What you’ll do:

  • Drive  the implementation of all warehouse/logistics and associated supply chain processes related to receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution 

  • Define, improve and optimize logistics processes to ensure compliant product/material storage and distribution. Responsible for the implementation of logistics and supply chain SOPs and work instructions.

  • Represent logistics in regulatory inspections, customer audits, and participate in customer visits and presentations. 

  • Lead local and cross-functional projects as SME

  • Second Level responsibility for investigation of deviations. Supports the Logistics Team with CAPA creation in Trackwise and on-time implementation of related actions. Handle Change Requests.  

  • Create and execute training (e.g. on-the-job training). 

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with applicable EHS and quality guidelines and rules. Work in close collaboration with the Lead & Head Logistics assuring the Safety/HSE  and Quality aspects on a daily basis. Responsible for alarm management in the sampling booth (clean room zone CNC->C) (room pressures, differential pressures, humidity, temperature and door alarms)

What we’re looking for:

  • Education in Supply Chain, Logics or equivalent experience (academical degree preferred)

  • Highly experienced within logistics in the GMP controlled pharmaceutical or biotech environment

  • Expertise in all warehouse/logistics and associated supply chain processes related to receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution

  • Demonstrated Project Management Experience and strong experience in SAP logistics modules. Knowledge and proven experience in main logistics processes operations, knowledge of SAP MM/EWM (e.g. Inbound, WMS integration, Picking, Shipment)

  • Solid experience in regulatory inspections and customer audits

  • Experience in creation and delivery of trainings is a plus

  • Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and foster positive interactions with team members and stakeholders. Expertise in conceptual design and experience in project management. Able to break down complex problems and tasks into activities. Ability to effectively prioritize and direct tasks in a fast-paced environment is critical. Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive as well as solution-oriented working style.

  • Business fluent with strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
