Senior Process Associate – Production Support

As a Senior Process Associate within Production Support, you play a key role in supporting manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom environment. In this hands-on role, you execute process-related tasks, guide team members and contribute to maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. You act as a go-to person on the floor and support continuous improvement within the team. This role is an excellent next step for operators looking to grow into a more senior and guiding position.

• Execute production support activities in a cleanroom environment in line with GMP standards.
• Act as a first point of contact for operators on process-related questions.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Support and initiate deviations, CAPAs and change requests.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Perform and support equipment checks and (re)qualifications.
• Assist with material handling, cleanroom support activities and periodic cleanings.
   

• MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or related field.
• Experience working in a GMP or cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Experience in production support, manufacturing or logistics within pharma/biotech is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in daily operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide and support team members.
• A structured, accurate and hands-on working style.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
