This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

- Lead and evolve the IT vendor management strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, digital transformation goals, and operational excellence.
- Establish and oversee vendor governance frameworks, including performance scorecards, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive business reviews.
- Drive commercial value through contract negotiations, renewals, vendor consolidation, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security, and IT leadership teams to manage supplier selection, contract lifecycle activities, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic suppliers, fostering strong relationships that enable innovation, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor vendor performance, resolve escalations, and implement corrective action plans to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business expectations.
- Lead financial oversight of vendor portfolios, including spend management, forecasting, licensing optimization, subscription tracking, and renewal planning.
- Significant experience in vendor management, IT procurement, supplier governance, strategic sourcing, or related disciplines within complex global organizations.
- Proven success managing strategic technology suppliers and negotiating complex agreements involving software, cloud services, infrastructure, and managed services.
- Strong understanding of vendor governance, contract management, supplier performance management, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective partnerships across diverse business functions.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CIPS, Vendor Management Professional (VMP), or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
