What you will do:

• Lead planning and execution of digital and data projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate across Cloud, Integration, Data, RPA, and AI teams.
• Organize project ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue escalation, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Manage vendor deliverables and external partner coordination.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation for multiple active projects.
• Support daily coordination across the Cloud, Integration, Data, RPA, and AI teams.
• Organize project ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage dashboards, progress reporting, and project communication materials.
• Independently lead small to medium projects within Digital & Data, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, define deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
• Apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on complexity and stakeholder needs.
• Drive issue escalation, risk mitigation, and decision-making processes with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Monitor budgets and financials for assigned projects; help maintain forecasts and actuals.
• Act as the coordination hub across technical SMEs, business partners, and PMO.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and timeline updates clearly and proactively.
• Support steering committee preparation and executive-level reporting.
• Translate technical updates (Cloud, Integration, Data, AI, Automation) into business-friendly language.
• Support portfolio project reporting and project intake processes for the Digital & Data CoE.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, including documentation management and quality controls.
• Track vendor deliverables and coordinate with external partners when needed.
• Collaborate across domains: Cloud (infrastructure, DevOps), Integration (API management), Data (engineering, analytics), RPA/BPA (automation workflows), AI (predictive models, GenAI, LLM deployment).

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects (Cloud, Data, Automation, AI).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of cloud concepts, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Experience with RPA tools and AI/ML projects is a plus.
• Resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
