​​The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the business client group ensuring the successful development of high performing teams and great workplace culture. In addition, this role will also work on strategic site level people initiatives to deliver organizational transformation and change initiatives for the Portsmouth site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to the Site Leadership Team and people managers, supporting organizational design and change management initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a strategic people plan aligned with Site/Global HR and business goals, focusing on talent management, performance, employee engagement, and succession planning.

  • Consult with senior leaders on complex HR projects and large-scale change initiatives to drive business results and ensure seamless integration of people and processes.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to execute talent acquisition strategies and build a robust pipeline of internal and external talent.

  • Support change management strategies to drive efficiency, support growth, and build high-performing teams.

  • Develop engagement and development strategies to enhance employee engagement (measured by Glint platform) and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Coordinate HR administrative functions (Payroll, Total Rewards, Mobility) and ensure seamless HR support across the site.

  • Build collaborative relationships within the site and across the global HR network to ensure effective HR support.

  • Monitor and improve HR effectiveness, tracking key metrics and driving continuous improvement.

  • Lead site-level projects to advance the people agenda, including strategic planning, cross-functional engagement, and change management.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in progressive HR roles, with a significant portion spent in a business partner capacity.

  • A bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

  • Proven experience leading complex HR initiatives such as growth ramp-ups, employee engagement, and change management.

  • Expertise in HR strategy development, talent management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational design.

  • Experience adapting global HR processes and systems to meet the specific needs of local sites.

  • Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactical HR initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally for successful results.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis abilities.
