For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and document analytical laboratory work for biologics (liquid, lyo), vaccines and CGT products for commercial and clinical products
• Diverse analytical portfolio: ELISA/LBA, cell-based assays, SPR (Biacore), HPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF, compendial physico-chemical QC testing (e.g. pH, clarity, osmolality, content)
• Involved in maintaining lab equipment and organization of reagent supplies
• Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and process handling
• Involved in the transfer and validation of analytical methods

Key requirements:

• Training on the job as lab technician (EFZ, HF, CTA, or BTA), Bachelor (B.Sc.), or Master (M.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
• Working experience in analytical quality testing (QC) in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment, preferably late phase
• Strong working knowledge in relevant analytical techniques in protein/peptide analytics (Physico-chemical, and/ or Biochemical)
• Knowledge of laboratory specific software (e.g. LIMS, Empower,  SoftMax Pro, 32Karat)
• Good communication and inter-personal skills; Ability to work independently in a team
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
