Senior Analyst, Total Rewards Analytics & Delivery

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards Analytics & Delivery to drive Lonza Group’s Total Rewards agenda in support of One Lonza and our business platforms, with primary accountability for China, India, and Singapore. Based in Hyderabad, this role ensures competitive, compliant, and business‑aligned reward solutions while contributing to global initiatives and supporting transformation programs, including the establishment of Lonza’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
Role Purpose / Summary-
This role is part of a cross-divisional global team responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate, compliant and efficient delivery of Total Reward processes, such as job evaluation and annual reward cycle activities.
Key Accountabilities-
Job Evaluation: coordinating job evaluation requests by collecting the necessary information, pre-analyzing grades and organizing regular with relevant stakeholders and grading team members
Ticketing tool (ServiceNOW): owning the Total Rewards section of the ticketing tool, monitoring of incoming tickets, answering tickets on behalf of the team, or escalating them to the relevant experts, working with the team to develop standard response templates
Benchmarking process: supporting the annual survey submission and benchmarking process and salary range development by preparing and organizing relevant data in excel files and other software.
Annual Compensation review: support various process activities such as keeping track of requests, organizing team calls, running data accuracy checks, supporting data clean-up exercises, running process reports through the system, supporting process analysis.
Regulatory monitoring: Monitor and track global pay regulations and compensation‑related compliance requirements; analyze implications for Total Rewards processes and provide recommendations for required actions or process updates.
Pay Equity Analysis: Regularly conduct Pay Equity Assessments globally via our tool (Pay Analytics), organize and analyze data and visualize in findings and recommendations in PowerPoint.
Process improvement: Develop continuous process knowledge and contribute with own ideas to process improvement
Key Requirements-
Very strong excel skills, experienced user of other MS Office applications
Analytical problem solving skills
An ability to think through processes end-to-end, ability to stay organized
A quality mindset with an eye for details / data accuracy
Ability to work within a global team
Competent user of Workday and ServiceNow preferred
